Crossways
Crossways is designed for people who want (at least once in their lives) to work through the Bible in depth, from Genesis to Revelation. Normally our congregation offers 10 units per year during Sunday Adult Education hour.
Students gain the knowledge and ability to read the Bible with understanding and interpret it intelligently. The total course is a 60-unit course with clearly written text and 147 illustrations, making it a marvelous resource that students and clergy will refer to long aftger the "official" course is over.
Crossways is an in-depth course that will lead you through the biblical narative and its major themes. You will study each book of the Bible, and the events and theology of the intertestamental period.
You will also learn to understand the world in which Jesus walked and discover why His message was and is so radical. In order to uncover and fully comprehend His message, we must understand the story line of the Old Testament and learn how Jesus interpreted that story line in relation to HIs person and ministry.
